Online Registration will open May 1st at 8:00 a.m. and close August 8th at 5:00 p.m.

Schedule your back to school shopping appointment by selecting a time slot here that works best for you. Availability is limited per time slot.

If you need help signing up for early registration, please contact us at thegrauerproject@gmail.com.

Early registration is not required but encouraged.

If early registration is closed, then please arrive at any time from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to wait in line.

Children must be:

In grades kindergarten through 12th.
On free or reduced lunch program.
Attend school in a SW Portland Public School in the Ida B. Wells cluster.

Provide proof of address.

- Other school paperwork

We will be giving out backpacks full of school supplies to eligible children.
